Edward (Ed) James

Founding Director

Accountable for all activities across the business, including hiring in both Europe, North America and Asia. Has been a specialist Financial Markets headhunter since 2005 and prior to this worked at Morgan Stanley in London and on Wall Street.

Bsc (hons) in Economics from Southampton.

Proud father of three children and big fan of any sport. He has cycled from London to Paris and Brussels, completed various triathlons, is a dedicated skier, active paddle boarder and kayaker on the Thames, tries to play football (poorly) and has run half marathons with some of the RCQ team.

Greg McGinnigle

Director - North America

Oversees our North American Recruitment business and specializes in complex mid-to-senior levels hiring, with a focus on Asset Backed Finance, Private Credit & Debt Capital Markets. Greg also regularly represents RCQ at several industry leading conferences including SFVegas, ABS East and the SuperReturn International.

BSc in Biochemistry with honours from the University of Edinburgh.

Is a proud Scot with an unnatural obsession with Irn Bru. In his spare time he enjoys annoying his wife with jazz guitar covers, performed poorly. One day he hopes to watch his country play at a world cup (football/soccer) but doesn’t have much hope.

Jed Kelly

Consultant

Supports the US desk in mid-senior hires, within but not limited to DCM and Structured Finance markets. He also leads our ME desk with a focus on the GCC states primarily.

BSc in Arabic from the University of Oxford.

When out of the office, Jed can often be found thoroughly enjoying a fry-up after a heavy session at the gym.

Anya Sisodia

Consultant

Anya is an Associate Consultant in RCQ’s rapidly growing US team, focused on mid-to-senior level hiring covering the Structured Finance, Private Credit & Infrastructure Debt markets.

BA in English from the University of Exeter.

Outside of work, she can be found with friends grabbing coffee, dining out, or enjoying drinks at various spots around the city. On quieter nights in, you’ll find her at home with her dog, binge-watching true crime shows.

Melena Aranos

Associate Consultant

Melena is an Associate Consultant supporting the US desk with hiring mid-to-senior level professionals across Structured Finance and Private Credit.

BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Nottingham.

Loves a cozy night in but won’t shy away from a night out either. Enjoys netball, climbing, cooking (but not the clean-up!) and crocheting.

Theo Pittarides

Consultant

Theo works as a Consultant in the European team at RCQ. He focuses on hiring across Structured Finance & CLOs at the mid-senior level.

A lover for all things football and watching The Arsenal. If he’s not out playing golf with his mates, he’s probably at home looking after his houseplants.

Associate Consultant

Martin is an Associate Consultant supporting the European desk with hiring across the Fund Finance and CLO spaces at mid-senior level.

Enjoys playing football, running and making the most of exploring London’s galleries and museums.

Catherine James

Customer and People Director

Accountable for all Operational, People and Customer focused activities at RCQ.

BSc (hons) in Psychology and Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.

In her limited spare time (when she isn’t focused on her beautiful children!), she loves good food and wine, keeping fit and is dreaming of the day when her children are old enough to reignite her passion for wine tourism holidays!
